One of my favorite late night places to go. The staff is always so nice & the owner is the sweetest lady ever. The ambiance is very chill so it's the perfect place to get a drink and good food. My first choice to get my Korean food fix in my area. Some of my favorite things to order are the soy garlic wings, corn cheese & kimchi fried rice. Can't forget to get some soju while I'm here!

Lowkey wanna gatekeep but they deserve all the love and business! Can't believe I would always pass by this spot and it has taken me this long to try it. F O O D : We ordered quite a lot of items and literally.. EVERYTHING was amazing. No exaggeration! Our favorite was the pork belly bbq and their bulgogi fries. Can't go wrong with kimchi fried rice and corn cheese too. They also offer a huge variety of alcoholic drinks that pair perfectly with their food. S E R V I C E / A M B I A N C E : The owner is the sweetest human ever. She made sure we enjoyed everything and all the food came out super fast! This spot is perfect for larger groups too since everything is shareable and the portions are generous. Chon Dak in Gardena boasts the most impressive cheese pull, even though they don't sell pizza. This Korean hidden gem is a must-visit spot. While the food is a definite draw, it's the owner Jenny who truly keeps this place thriving. The outstanding service and delicious cuisine are an experience everyone should indulge in.

The fact that this place is open everyday until 2am is a GAMECHANGER! You need to head to Chon Dak in Gardena to get some amazing Korean Pocha dishes the next time you're having some late night cravings! And yes, they also do delivery too so you don't even need to leave your house if you're hungry at midnight! They have all the classics like Korean fried chicken, kimchi fried rice, tteokbokki and some soups as well. I loved their bulgogi fries and their house made sauces like their Yuzu mustard too! It's the perfect place to go out drinking with your friends while snacking on delicious Korean food!

My quest for some kbbq led me to Chon Dak, and I'm glad I found this gem on Yelp. Located conveniently with easy parking in the back, Chon Dak looked to be a spot for local Koreans. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by the owner who sat us down immediately. Despite the limited options during happy hour, the owner suggested the pork belly combo, which turned out to be a delightful surprise. It included an array of delectable dishes: corn cheese, soy garlic wings, pork belly, dubokki, mushrooms, kimchi, and tofu soup. The owner was sooo nice as she happily accommodated our request to swap the tofu soup for fish cake soup since it was our first visit. The food was a delightful mix of flavors and textures, with each dish leaving us satisfied - except for the pork belly, which was a tad chewy and thick for our liking. Nonetheless, the ambiance of the restaurant and the bonus of cute dog outfits for sale added to the overall experience. Considering the generous portion sizes and the value-packed combo deal, Chon Dak offers a great bang for your buck. With a few tweaks to the pork belly, it would be a 5 star meal!
